About
“giclee on canvas”: For those of you who are not familiar with the term
“giclee”, this is a most advanced method of reproducing graphics and/or
paintings, which makes the reproduction virtually identical to the original,
inasmuch as it has the appearance of an actual original painting.
The actual images have been transposed onto unmounted canvasses.
There are boarders of virgin canvas around the image, so as to allow room
for canvas’ manipulation for mounting purposes.
Image has been coated with a special clear varnish for optimum
preservation of its original qualities, protecting it from exposure to UV rays,
and atmospheric factors.
